I had a really good stay and would return there, thanks. The venue was pleasant and cool, I enjoyed the stay and the location was unbeatable near to a lovely public garden with great teas, good restaurant downstairs. I was offered a room with fantastic views of Sidmouth bay.

Beautiful quiet location with sea view and few minutes walking distance to the harbour. Plenty of free parking spaces at the house.
common balcony for 6 rooms, plus doors that cannot be tilted. Takes some effort to overcome this day and night. But leaving it open worked well.

pleasant staff, large room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, sea view, very good value on reduced tariff found on internet.
bedroom much too hot, radiator almost impossible to regulate, comfort achieved by opening windows but resulting in waste of energy.
